Consultation

We start by fully understanding what is required. Our introductory meeting with our clients determines the outline objectives, namely;

 

  • Reasons for looking at renewable / alternative fuel sources.
  • Highlight any budget restrictions
  • Establish timescales for implementation of any new technologies
  • Identify areas / items of information that the client has / can provide to assist with the investigation process.

Following discussions our prepared objectives document will confirm that we have understood the client’s requirements.

 

Investigations

The Investigation report will identify and include the following;

  • Existing structures
  • Site access
  • Current heating technologies
  • Production of architectural survey drawings, where required
  • Identify plant location
  • Review the market for relevant / suitable technologies

 

Solution Presentation

We will present all relevant possible solutions based on our Investigative Report. The presentation will include;

  • A precis of available solutions including proposed technology information availability of supply and support
  • Financial incentives available at the time
  • Financial justification spreadsheets will be provided
  • Corresponding architectural drawings highlighting any building alterations, new builds and site layouts.

 

Solution Implementation

Following detailed discussions from the results of our investigations the chosen solution can be developed to the implementation stage;

  • Evaluate and short-list potential suppliers.
  • Detailed architectural drawings and specifications. 
  • Preparation of Invitation to Tender documentation (ITT)
  • Timescales agreed for start date on site. 
  • Evaluate submitted tenders / award tender
  • Assistance with sourcing project finance. Helping with the preparation of finance details for banks or private investors. 
  • Production of PERT charts
  • Complete on site project management;
  • During and on completion of project assist in preparing required applications to ensure compliance of installation.
